SDC – Request deletion of your data

This page explains how users of the SDC – Suman Dye Cutting app (published by DVNKS on Google Play) can ask for their account and data to be deleted.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to ai@dvnks.com with the subject "SDC data deletion request".
2. Include the email address or username you use to sign in to SDC.
3. We will verify the request with you and with Suman Dye Cutting's ERP administrator, and confirm by email once it is done, normally within 30 days.

You can also ask Suman Dye Cutting's ERP administrator to disable or delete your account directly.

What is deleted

• Your user account and profile (name, email address, username).
• Your login sessions and any data stored by the app on your device (removed when you sign out or uninstall the app).

What may be kept

Business records you created or edited (for example orders, stock entries or job slips) belong to Suman Dye Cutting and may be kept where required for legal, tax or accounting purposes. Where they are kept, your personal details can be removed or anonymised on request.
