SDC – Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the SDC – Suman Dye Cutting mobile app (package com.dvnks.dyeworks), published by DVNKS for Suman Dye Cutting, handles information. The app is a mobile client for Suman Dye Cutting's ERP system and is intended for its staff.
Information the app handles
- Account information – your username or email address and password, used only to sign in to the Suman Dye Cutting ERP server. The password is sent to that server over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and is not stored on the device; a session token is kept in the device's secure storage.
- Business records – documents, lists, reports and other records you view, create or edit (for example customers, items, orders and job slips). These are stored on the Suman Dye Cutting ERP server.
- Files and photos – only files or photos you choose to attach to a record, which are uploaded to the ERP server.
- Bluetooth scale readings – if you connect a weighing scale, the app uses Bluetooth to read weights into the form you are filling. The app does not use Bluetooth to determine your location.
What the app does not do
- It does not collect your location.
- It does not contain advertising or third-party analytics or tracking.
- It does not sell or share your information with third parties.
How information is used and shared
Information is used only to provide the app's features: signing you in and letting you work with Suman Dye Cutting's ERP data. Data is sent only to the Suman Dye Cutting ERP server over HTTPS.
Retention and deletion
Records are kept on the ERP server according to Suman Dye Cutting's policies. Signing out removes the session from the device, and uninstalling the app removes all app data from the device. To request deletion of your account or data, see Request deletion of your data.
Children
The app is a business tool for adults and is not directed at children.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
